Kosher Restaurant Opening at New UCF Arena! October 4th, 2008

I’m so excited!  BALAGAN is opening this month at the New UCF Arena.  See the article in the Central Florida Future.  Shimon Buskila, the General Manager/Kashrut Keeper has a lot of experience and tons of talent.  He worked at UF when I was there and he did a great job.  Plus, he and the owner are both Israeli, so you know the felafel and shawarma will be the real deal. It will be under ORB (Orthodox Rabbinical Board) certification, so you know it’s as kosher as it gets, playa! And, if you show your Jewish Knights key tag, you’ll get ten percent off your order! Happy New Year, and bring on the S’rug (hot sauce)!
